Snow Globez started in 2025, in Kyle Bishop's kitchen. The idea was simple: what if a treat could hold the magic of a snow globe in a single bite?
It took a lot of batches to get the shell right — thin enough to crack cleanly, strong enough to hold a creamy center. Crack one open and you see why the name stuck.
We are still early, and every Globez is still made with the same care Kyle put into those first kitchen batches.
